Ordered a size 8 purple slipper. Received a size 7-8 which is too small. Website’s size chart and actual slippers don’t match which makes it difficult to know what size to order. Need to exchange and unclear how to. Otherwise, very cute.

I received my purple house slippers which unfortunately were too small. Gabry with Ark had the slippers exchanged within a couple of days. Excellent customer service and quality products.
